You must be 18 years of age to purchase rifles.
You must be 21 years of age to purchase receivers, and a resident of the same state the FFL dealer is in where the transfer will occur.
When placing your order please list your FFL dealer’s info in the ship to address field.
You can list your first name and last name, and the name of the company your firearm will be sent to.
If you don’t have a dealer picked out yet, or forgot to include their shipping address, simply email customerservice@kineticenergyarms.com
with your order number as the subject line and the updated info.
Your dealer must send us a copy of their license prior to your order shipping if they are not already on file with us. Have them send it to customerservice@kineticenergyarms.com
with your order number in the subject line.
Some dealers refuse to send FFL copies unless they have a copy of our license first. Here it is:
Send them a copy of our license and cc customerservice@kineticenergyarms.com referencing your order number.
Every piece of information on an FFL is available through public records. FFL dealers should verify the status of FFLs before every shipment through ATF's EZ Check Portal. Thus we don't understand why some dealers are so particular about sending their licenses to an 07 FFL licensed manufacturer.
If your dealer still insists on us communicating with them directly include customerservice@kineticenergyarms.com on an email with them to make it as easy as possible for us to respond.
If your dealer requires receiving tracking information for your order, it is your responsibility to send it to them once your order ships. Our system automatically sends tracking to the customer once it is sent.
