This mount allows you to attach most micro red dot optics with most T-1/T-2 mounting patterns to your Remington 870. This mount is as low as possible to work with traditional or pistol grip stocks; most shooters will not need a riser.

These mounts are designed to work with NEW PRODUCTION 870 receivers that were drilled and tapped from the factory. If your receiver is not drilled and tapped it will require a gunsmith to drill and tap two 6-48TPI holes.

The side of the mount that contacts the receiver is fully curved to make it compatible with the widest range of 870 receivers produced in the millions since 1950.

NOT compatible with 20 gauge 870s, 7615, 7600, etc.

We do not know how will it cowitnesses with various iron sights. We have only used it as a stand alone optics mount.
