BAN STATE COMPLIANCE? 

There are an increasing number of restrictions and nebulous laws for the industry and customers to navigate.

We currently do not ship anything that can be considered "Assault Weapons" Parts to IL or WA State at all due to legislation in those states.

We only ship to FFLs in California due to documentation and shipping requirement laws there.  All orders to California are turned off on the site.  We only accept orders from California residents or FFLs via e-mail so we can manually enter them and verify FFL shipping.  E-mail CustomerService@kineticenergyarms.com with your billing information, phone number, and FFL dealer information for us to process these orders.

We ship firearms receivers to FFLs across the United States.  It is up to your local FFL Dealer to transfer it to you in compliance with local laws.

Likewise, we will ship any restricted components to dealers anywhere in the US if they email us a purchase order customerservice@kineticenergyarms.com.  Again compliance with local laws is the responsibility of the dealer who is selling the parts.

We are not licensed to collect or pay local sales taxes or excise taxes various jurisdictions have created to punish gun owners and the gun industry; again local compliance is the responsibility of you and your dealer.
